About Our Approach
What makes us different
A family firm since its foundation in 1980, Watts Developments is run by Gary Watts, who took over running the business from his father in 1991. During this time we have been residential property builders in the North West of England and Watts Developments employs a permanent team of 8 highly skilled and experienced tradesmen who offer a range of internal and external construction skills. The director of the company is Gary Watts.
To ensure the highest quality of design and build, we focus on a maximum of only two developments at any one time, and there is always a family member on site to supervise work, whilst also ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. We acquire clients purely through personal recommendation – so we do not advertise.
