At Watts Developments, we undertake brand-new construction projects on clients’ own sites, as well as demolition and replacement of existing buildings; we also undertake property refurbishment, alterations and house extensions in Cheshire and the North West of England.

We also can seek and acquire sites on behalf of clients – and with ‘brownfield’ land, we can undertake all necessary remediation work. We also specialise in barn conversions and the restoration of historic properties. We have restored a number of listed buildings, working with English Heritage and local conservation officers to achieve absolute authenticity in design and build, as well as employing period construction methods and materials appropriate to the age and history of the building.
